Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
All orders placed through Store By Ema are processed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
We always strive to deliver your products on time. However, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or high order volume may occasionally occur.
Returns
Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with the seal or zip lock intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@storebyema.in and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your return is approved, please securely pack the product in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase and send it to the address provided in your email confirmation.
Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been successfully processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged items, please contact our support team immediately at info@storebyema.in.
We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
